TRAINING & RESOURCES

 Training is a vital element of our support to churches with befriending schemes. We provide regular face to face and virtual training courses and workshops to equip churches in these vital ministries.

Our Webinars, Training Courses and supporting resources cover every aspect of a project from initially deciding whether to start a scheme, right through to being fully operational. This includes content for the church leadership, the scheme coordinator and the volunteer befrienders.

Our full training courses are intended for Linking Lives UK and Two’s Company befriending schemes and affiliate organisations.

Most of these resources are password protected. Passwords are issued after Induction Training. Click here to book an Induction Session, or to enter if you already have a password.

The Training and Resources section here, together with further resources in the Partners’ Area, contain all the resources needed to fully equip your team. Session booking, videos, written information, and presentations are ready for use by your local team.

All sessions are published on our Events page and written resources are circulated by email to those who subscribe to receive updates.
