Training & Resources Manager
Rate: £28,200-£33,840 FTE (£16,920-£20,304 actual)
Hours: 24 hours per week – Flexible working available
Status: Freelance/ Self-employed
Weeks worked per year: 47
Contract: One year initially (Subject to 6-month review)
Reporting to: National Director

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Training Manager with a proven track record to join our team!
Linking Lives UK exists to reduce social isolation and loneliness, with a particular focus on older people. Working in partnership with churches and Christian organisations we are setting up befriending projects right across the UK, bringing people together, because we believe no one should feel alone.
We are looking for someone who will create, deliver and review all elements of our training material, and ensuring that effective evaluation is carried out. Production of written resources to complement and enhance training courses will also be a key aspect of this role.
